Thinking about what makes a great, equitable biking, pedestrian and micro mobility district - Critical  'ingredients' to create an equitable system: saftey and reliable; reduce risk conflicts; funding effectiveness, accessibility, functional and convenient connections; digital and physical awareness; tech, user and social integration; outreach and stakeholder input; compliance with regional and local ordinances and regulations.  To create a positive user experience:  do your homework related to state, local and regional rules, regulations and ordinances; always use data analytics and user experience; and challenge policies and the norm - there have been many changes to our behaviors during the pandemic which is forcing policy changes.

Would love to hear about other insights and successes.
